We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a well established company based in Bolton. Along with a salary of £18,000 to £20,000 depending on experience, you will also benefit from free onsite parking, a pension scheme, fantastic holidays, excellent training and spacious offices.
About the role:
Entering in information and jobs into the in-house network software
Liaising with customers and clients over the phone
Dealing with all queries that come in
Dealing with eta’s
Dealing with customer complaints
Dealing with General office duties
Identifying and developing the opportunity to promote other products to custom
Maintaining up to date client and company information on internal database
Essential skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a background in an office based customer service role although this is not essential as the most important things are an excellent phone manner and the right attitude. You will be flexible, have an excellent eye for detail and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Skills in Word and Excel are essential.
A salary of £18,000 to £20,000
28 days holiday including bank holidays

Hours of work Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm (1 hour lunch)
