We are currently recruiting for a market leading company within a unique industry for a brand new role offering a salary of between £22,000 – £25,000 dependant on experience.
About The Role:
Providing business analysis to the contact centre to identify new initiatives to enhance conversion rates
Provide management information of all aspects of data usage with recommendations for improvement
Provide analysis to internal teams in the right structure and direction
Understand the workings of the linked dialler system and CRM systems in use to improve the key metrics
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Data Analyst
Familiar with Powerbase and Excel
Enthusiastic, agile worker, problem solver
Great communicator – being able to present complex data for a wider audience
Be able to work strategically and with a variety of stakeholders
