Due to a period of sustained growth, a well-known logistics and distribution business in the Trafford area are looking to add a Group Account Manager to their team, managing the customer relations and continually striving to improve the performance and efficiencies of the largest customer accounts.
About The Role:
Build strong working partnerships, both internally and externally, managing all customer data relating to KPI’s, forecasting and financial matters
Identify trends and strategies to improve services and efficiencies
Ensure all non-conformances are investigated and recorded where appropriate, doing so in a timely manner
Fully comprehend the contracts and services required of the customers, reporting against these standards
Develop and encourage cross functional activity throughout the group
Essential Skills & Experience
Being able to manage contracts and multifaceted relationships
In-depth understanding of quality procedures and legal standards in the warehousing industry
Excellent IT Skills

Annual salary of up to £50,000 DOE
