We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join my client based in Gillmoss, Liverpool on a temporary basis with the opportunity to permanent for the right candidate. This position is offering the hourly rate of £9.23 (18,000 per year) and offering an immediate start for the successful candidate.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm – 37.5 hours a week
About The Role:
Ensure Health and Safety Information Systems are updated and maintained accurately on a day-to-day basis
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems and practices
Ensure Health and Safety related documentation is completed correctly, logged and filed
Organise food and tobacco registrations
Respond appropriately and professionally to internal and external queries
Liaise with management, insurance companies and legal representatives to resolve Health and Safety queries
Assist colleagues as and when required
Provide administrative support and assistance to the Health and Safety department
Other duties in accordance with role and within remit of skill base
