I have an opportunity for a driven Sales Executive to join a successful, fast growing business based in the Stockport area. Offering a competitive basic salary of £22000 per year, with an uncapped OTE of £12k+, what are you waiting for?

I am ideally looking for candidates with previous experience in IT/Telecoms, however I am still really keen to speak to other B2B/B2C sales candidates interested in this role. This position will suit an enthusiastic self-starter with a ‘can do’ approach, in a role that gives you the platform to grow and develop with the business into more senior roles.

About The Role:

High volume of B2B outbound calling

Deliver monthly minimum new business connections on the O2 network.

Achieve key KPI’s such as new connections, outbound call volume and total talk-time

Provide weekly and monthly forecast reports using the correct opportunity stages within Hub-spot

Maintain accurate customer contact information across all internal systems

Facilitate the on boarding of new customers

Identify and develop new customer referrals to feed into our sales channels

Create up and cross sell opportunities for field-sales team

Meet agreed customer service quality standards and KPIs

Consistently follow agreed processes and maintain process documentation

Essential Skills & Experience:

2 years previous experience in a proactive sales role

Previous experience selling mobile phone contracts would be advantageous

Self-starter with a real ‘can do’ approach

Positive outlook with a strong sense of personal responsibility

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Confident and bold communicator

Flexible and reliable – willing to get stuck in

Numerate with strong computer skills

About The Benefits:

Salary: £22/23k with uncapped OTE of £12k+

Working Hours: Mon – Fri 9:00AM – 5:30PM

Holidays: 22 day’s holiday + bank holidays (rising to 27)
