We are recruiting for a Technical advisor you will work alongside our client’s customer service team and play a vital part in ensuring a smooth customer journey, you will maintain and improve quality of our customer service technical knowledge. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate, methodical information to both our customer service department and customers to improve resolutions. This is a permanent role based in Sefton, Liverpool.

About The Role:

Assisting the customer service department with any installation advice, product queries, and identification of faults

Making outbound calls to customers to gather additional information on product queries that require technical expertise

Effective after sales support

Investigate product issues reported into customer service team, this includes testing or inspection of the product, recording data and finding possible solutions

Self-starter in managing your own daily work to ensure maximum efficiency

Ensure technical files and specifications are produced and effectively maintained in line with due diligence

Essential Skills & Experience

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

Excellent organisation skills with good attention to detail

The ability to work in a fast-paced office environment as part of a rapidly growing team

Excellent numerical and IT skills; the ability to learn and utilise the in-house computer systems

Flexibility to adapt well to change

The ability to use your initiative to resolve issues, problem resolution of installations and faults

Plumbing background and experience are essential due to technical knowledge

Understanding of hot water systems
