We are recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for a well-established multinational company in the Bolton area.  This is a long-term temporary assignment paying £9.00 per hour and offers free car parking.

About The Role:

Taking inbound queries from clients and suppliers

Providing investigations regarding payment queries

Matching supplier invoices

Ensuring VAT is recorded accurately

Inputting data and invoices onto the in-house system

Identifying where payments are up to

Reconciling supplier statements

General administration duties

Essential Skills & Experience

Excellent communication skills   

Strong organisational skills

Able to work calm under pressure and manage workloads

Strong attention to detail

Enthusiastic, motivated and upbeat

Analytical, methodical and process led

Experience of using Sage or SAP would be desirable
