About The Administrator Role:
Working in a busy office and assisting at other sites, you be carrying out a varied admin role. Duties will include

  • Providing admin support in the office and at site locations in the North West, possibly once a week
  • Managing the Document Management Systems for storing, controlling and distributing design information on company projects
  • Creating and maintaining electronic and paper document management, including photocopying, printing and scanning
  • Preparing documents such as letters, reports, presentations and spreadsheets
  • Acting as a member for project change teams alongside other administrators
  • Organising meetings including management of diaries, ordering refreshments and sending invitations
  • Handle queries from management, team and customers
  • Organising office space and housekeeping and resources
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries and covering reception where required
  • General admin


We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of working as an administrator or possibly PA in a busy office environment
  • Experience of document management and data administration systems would be beneficial but is not essential
  • A background in an admin role supporting in project management, health and safety or possibly construction would be interesting
  • Excellent skills using Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience using Document Management Systems, Sharepoint and Powerpoint would be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to complete multiple tasks and projects on time, working to tight deadlines under pressure
  • Proactive and forward thinking
  • Positive and outgoing in manner
  • Due to the occasional need to travel to sites in the North West, a current driving licence and your own transport is essential
