Administrator / Sales Administrator / Co-ordinator required for a growing international business based in Stockport. The role requires someone with proven administration experience, with a personable attitude, to fit within a dynamic team.
The diverse role will include a variety of administration tasks and will require someone with a keen eye for detail and a very proactive approach.
The right person will have a problem solving attitude and be keen to build relationship with both clients, suppliers and colleagues.

The salary available on the role is up to £26,000pa DOE and the position is immediately available.

What will you be doing as an Administrator / Sales Administrator / Co-ordinator?

  • Providing office-based support for Account Managers
  • Liaising with customers and international suppliers
  • Processing orders from customers accurately and raising purchase orders
  • Updating internal and external reports
  • Working in a busy team environment & having a clear overview of all accounts
  • Performing general administration tasks
  • Dealing with telephone calls in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Reporting to Office Manager
  • Developing trusting relationships with customers and keeping them informed regularly on orders, projects, etc
  • Being the main point of contact for orders, order updates & other enquiries
  • Ensuring orders and shipments are planned efficiently and meet specific order requirements
  • Updating customer reports with logistic information accurately and efficiently


We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven administration experience working within a sales administration / sales co-ordinator role would be desirable
  • Youre very organised and able to prioritise a busy workload to meet deadlines
  • You need to be confident using MS Office, including Excel, and a database with the ability to multitask using these systems whilst being on the phone
  • Must have excellent communication at all level and be able to build solid relationships with both clients, suppliers and colleagues
  • Excellent attention to detail and initiative is required
