Nicole is one of our Recruitment Consultants who has been with us at Jobwise since August 2024.
Nicole begins her day by checking out the new and exciting candidates who have applied for her roles and adding them to the system, ready to call them in the afternoon. She then checks her emails to follow up on any client responses. Her mornings are dedicated to sales, where she makes back-to-back calls to potential clients, ranging from warm to cold leads. This includes following up on leads, completing callbacks, and sharing standout candidates.

Going the extra mile stands out the most for Nicole. She loves providing a personal touch, understanding a client's needs and matching them with the perfect candidates. She especially enjoys visiting new clients onsite, building relationships, and bringing in new business, which allows her to connect with candidates and help them find their next role.

Nicole loves working alongside an energetic, fun team! The team is uplifting and always ready to help bring people up if they are having a down day. It puts a smile on her face knowing that she has support all around from everyone.
